FREE MEETING KIT

Your next weekly
update, outlined.

One example of a timed meeting: an editable eight-slide deck with an agenda, five presenter sections, and space for decisions. Use it with any timing method. You can also label sections by topic instead of speaker.

No signup. Import into Google Slides or edit in PowerPoint.

What is inside

  1. Weekly team update: agenda and meeting date.
  2. Presenter 1: progress, evidence, and next step.
  3. Presenter 2: the same structure, ready to fill.
  4. Presenter 3: the same structure, ready to fill.
  5. Presenter 4: the same structure, ready to fill.
  6. Presenter 5: the same structure, ready to fill.
  7. Decisions and follow-up: decisions, owners, and next check-in.
  8. Optional resources: the timer’s install link and source. Remove this slide if it is not useful.

Use it in Google Slides

  1. Download the PPTX and upload it to your Google Drive.
  2. Open it with Google Slides and save as a Google Slides presentation before setting up the extension.
  3. Replace the bracketed text with your meeting content. Duplicate or remove presenter slides as needed.
  4. Review the imported layout. Keep the upper-right corner clear for the timer.

You can use the deck without installing the extension. PowerPoint itself is outside the extension’s supported workflow.

Add automatic presenter timers

Install Meeting Timer Overlay, open the imported deck in the Slides editor, and click Scan deck. Mark each presenter’s first slide and edit the names.

For a 30-minute timed segment with five presenters plus discussion, mark slides 2–7 as six section starts. Start the session after the opening agenda. Remove the optional resources slide from the live deck, or stop the session before showing it. Adjust the duration to your actual meeting.

The deck contains no timer configuration. Copying or importing it does not transfer the extension’s local settings. Each organizer configures their own deck in their browser.

A useful update prompt

What changed since last week? What evidence supports it? Where do you need a decision or help? Give supporting detail its own slides within your section.
